TU-SCA's 2018 Mentorship Program
As a member of TU-SCA, you will have the opportunity to take part in our internal mentorship program. The Supply Chain Mentorship Program (SCMP) is aimed to equip mentees with the necessary tools for future prosperity both inside and outside of the organization. The main goals of our mentorship program is to offer fellow members guidance, career advancement, leadership opportunities, and supplemental access to industry knowledge.
What's a Mentor?
Our undergraduate mentors represent all functional areas of supply chain as well as a diverse group of industries. They also hold a variety of leadership roles within the organization. SCMP mentors will serve as:
Our trustworthy selection process will pair you with the best possible mentor match predicated on your categorical needs and interests.
Mentors and mentees are partnered for a period of two semesters, beginning in the Fall, and commit to connecting with each other at least 3 times per semester, although additional interaction is highly encouraged.
